Inspection Date: January 31, 2020
On-site for re-inspection from violations observed on December 31, 2019. All violations were to be addressed/corrected by re-inspection time. The following violations were continued to be observed: No paper towels at prep area hand sink – dispenser not working; prep area freezers in need of defrosting due to excessive ice accumulation; wall repair on-going in prep area, must finish repair; several items/areas in need of deep cleaning or removal of unnecessary items – front warmer area must be cleaned, organized; prep area refrigerators/freezers cleaned; prep area flooring/walls need cleaned; organizing/removing unnecessary items from 3-vat sink area; front coffee prep area in need of deep cleaning and back storage area in need of organization.
Compliance with this work order must be completed by February 28, 2020 or appropriate legal action will be taken.

Critical violations: 1 Observed prep area hand sink blocked, inaccessible for proper hand washing and no paper towels available – correct by January 1, 2020.
Non-critical violations: 3 Observed prep area freezers in need of defrosting due to ice accumulation – correct by January 7, 2020; observed wall repair on-going, must continue and finish repair – correct by January 14, 2020; observed unnecessary items/clutter/deep cleaning needed in prep/storage area – correct by January 14, 2020.
Will re-inspect on January 14, 2020, above violations must be corrected.
